What does AESC mean in PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATIONS

The Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC) is a leading, global professional association dedicated to preserving and promoting the highest standards of excellence in executive search consulting. To become a full member firm of the AESC, potential applicants must demonstrate commitment to international ethical standards established by AESC’s Code of Professional Practice. In addition to that, applicant firms must meet certain criteria which includes having been in business for at least 3 years prior to applying for membership; having at least two partners or employees who are dedicated solely or primarily to conducting executive search assignments; having performed at least 25 searches in the three years prior to applying for membership; and having gross annual revenues exceeding $1 million USD.

Individual personnel working within one or more Member Firm can become Individual Members under their respective Member Firm's name by completing an additional application form available on our website which requires them to attest that they have read and will adhere to the Code of Professional Practice and other applicable operational guidelines set out by AESC.

The Association holds multiple events throughout each year including conferences held both regionally and internationally featuring keynote speakers delivering market insights specific topics relevant to executive recruitment. In addition, through these regional conferences we provide skill building workshops designed give our members valuable insight into current trends in executive recruitment as well as tools needed excel at their profession.

All Members of AESC have access to Mayflower™ Connect platform which grants them a secure platform where they can connect directly with each other while maintaining regulatory compliance which may prohibit contacts through classic channels like emails and phone calls due GDPR regulations amongst others. This platform allows members access a collection of verified information maintained by other members while maintaining complete control over their own data preventing unauthorized sharing thereof.
