What does AESC mean in CLUBS

AESC was founded in 2014 by a group of competitive coaches and swimmers who wanted to create an exemplary program that fosters both personal and competitive growth.

AESC caters to athletes of all ages, from pre-competitive swimmers starting at 7 years old, to college-aged swimmers striving for Olympic qualification.

In addition to focusing on stroke technique related fundamentals, our program emphasizes traditional distance training methods such as interval sets and tapering methods to maximize performance. Our staff also knowledgeably coaches sprints, butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke and IMs.

Yes! We provide our swimmers with access to quality training support services like dietary advice, nutrition plans, fitness assessments and psychomotor skills workshops run by our highly qualified coaching staff. We also offer scholarships and grants-in-aid for dedicated athletes who wish to pursue their swimming dreams further at college/university level competition.

Practices are typically held at various sanctioned pools located in major cities around the United States depending on the geographic area where you live. All pool locations have been verified by USA Swimming's Safety & Risk Management department before being approved for use by the programs' staff.
