What does EMT mean in MEDICAL PHYSICS

An Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) is a healthcare professional trained to provide emergency medical care in pre-hospital settings. EMTs respond to emergencies, assess patients' conditions, administer first aid, and transport patients to hospitals or other medical facilities.

There are three main levels of EMT certification in the United States:
