What does WQF mean in SPORTS

Qigong is an ancient Chinese system of physical, mental and spiritual disciplines that can be used for attaining greater health, fitness, relaxation and self-awareness. It often involves gentle movements, meditation and deep breathing techniques.

The WQF works to promote the practice of Qigong through various activities such as workshops, seminars and conferences around the world. They also provide higher education programs designed to further knowledge about Qigong and promote its use. Additionally, the WQF keeps records on recognized instructors as well as publishes information about upcoming events related to Qigong.

To become a member of the World Qigong Federation individuals or organizations have to apply by filling out a membership application form which is available on the WQF website. Applications are reviewed by the board before they can be accepted as members.

In addition to offering certification courses for practitioners, the WQF provides resources such as educational materials, networking opportunities and a platform for sharing news updates related to Qigong.
