Wyckoff Heights Medical Center provides a variety of services, including both inpatient and outpatient care. We offer primary care, cardiology, rehabilitation, behavioral health services, women's health services, and more.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency or life-threatening condition, please call 911 immediately. Otherwise, if you have an illness or injury that requires urgent medical attention and cannot be cared for by your primary care physician or another community resource, call the hospital directly to arrange for an appointment with one of our physicians.

For safety reasons and to reduce the spread of COVID-19, we are currently limiting visits to two people per patient per day during visiting hours (Monday–Friday from 10AM–8PM). Visitors must also wear masks while in the hospital building.

Payment for hospital bills can be made in a number of ways — online through our secure payment portal on our website, over the phone with a credit or debit card (please call 718-963-7000 for more information), through the mail (mail payments to P.O Box 12801 Newark NJ 07101) or in person by visiting one of our billing offices located near our main hospital campus (you will need your billing statement when making an in-person payment).

Yes! Our main parking lot is located off of Stockholm Street and there are other smaller lots nearby as well. Parking is free of charge during regular business hours (Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM). All cars must be removed from the lot before it closes each night or they may be towed at the owner's expense.

We do not allow walk-ins; all patients must make an appointment either online through our website or by calling 718-963-7000 beforehand so that we can ensure appropriate staffing levels and enough time to properly care for each patient’s individual needs.

Yes! We offer a range of financial assistance programs for those who qualify and may need help paying their medical bills — please inquire with your billing specialist or visit our website for more information about these programs and how to apply/qualify for them.

Yes! The hospital offers shuttle service between its main campus on Stockholm Street and its ambulatory surgery center on Bond Street as well as free transportation within a five mile radius of the hospital provided by MedRite Care Ride (preregistration is required). Please contact us directly for more information about these services.

No — children under 18 years old must always be accompanied by an adult caregiver while receiving treatment here at Wyckoff Height Memorial Hospital. We also ask that caregivers remain vigilant during their visits with us in order to keep all patients safe.
