Since its inception, it has grown each year to become one of the premier organizations for girls' hockey in Ontario. The WGHA currently runs seven different age divisions ranging from Novice (U8) to Juvenile (U21). Each division offers a wide range of programming such as House League, Rep/Select Teams, Specialty Programs like Spring Skills Development Camps and Hockey Canada sanctioned tournaments played with teams from across Ontario. All teams participate in Hockey Canada rules or special tournaments rules as needed based on age division they are at any given time within their yearly season cycle.
