Our goal with this event is to increase awareness of Black history and culture in order to create a more inclusive society that respects all cultures and backgrounds. We hope to raise awareness about topics such as racism, discrimination, justice, artistry and so on that are an integral part of Black history and culture. With BHCS we want everyone in attendance to feel inspired by the achievements of their past leaders while also being encouraged to become active agents of change for future generations.
