What does WDAP mean in UNCLASSIFIED

The Water Debt Assistance Program (WDAP) is a state-funded program dedicated to helping low-income Californians in need of assistance with their residential water bills. WDAP provides eligible customers with a financial assistance grant, based on their household income and size.
