Anyone between the ages of 7-17 can attend as a camper, with adults 18 or older needing to be counselers or camp staff members. There are also family camps available for families of all ages.

Is swimming allowed at the camp?
Yes! Swimming is one of the main attractions at Lake Wapogasset Lutheran Bible Camp; there are two beaches on site so campers have plenty of room to swim safely in our designated swim areas that are monitored by certified lifeguards during all times of operation. Please always remember to obey all safety rules while swimming!
Does the camp provide food?
Yes! All meals will be provided by our trained kitchen staff with dietary restrictions in mind. Breakfast lunch and dinner will be served each day starting with breakfast on Monday morning through lunch on Friday afternoon during regular session weeks (Sunday breakfast through Thursday lunch for Mini Session weeks). Snacks will also be made available throughout each day as well as drinks from our canteen store after 5 PM daily (excluding Sundays).
Are cabins air conditioned?
Unfortunately no – most cabins don’t have electricity or air conditioning but don’t worry; you won’t even miss it! With temperatures usually staying comfortable during the summer months in Amery WI your cabin won’t feel too stuffy. We also provide fans in each room just in case you’re feeling extra warm at night time or want some extra ventilation if you open up your windows on those breezy nights!
Are there supervised evening activities at Lake Wapogasset Lutheran Bible Camp?
Yes – every night we offer a few specific evening activities directed by experienced counselors who work hard to ensure everyone has fun but follows all safety rules as well! Activities may include movie nights at our outdoor theater (weather permitting), scavenger hunts or game tournaments in our activity center Gymkana games held outside in our athletic field plus many other options depending on what day you visit us here at Lake Wapogasset Lutheran Bible Camp.
How far away is it from nearby stores/restaurants?
Depending on where you’re coming from it could take anywhere from 10 minutes up to an hour or longer depending on traffic conditions but luckily many stores/restaurants are within 10 miles such as Walmart Supercenter (about 15 minutes away) & Arby's restaurant (15 -20 minutes away) so if you need anything not offered at camp it shouldn't take too long for some quick shopping trips into town.
Can parents visit their child while they're attending camp?
Absolutely – we encourage parents/guardians to come out whenever they can get some free time so they see everything their children are experiencing first-hand but please keep visits brief if possible as that allows more time for them explore with their peers & take advantage of all the amazing opportunities we provide here at LWLBC!
