Absolutely! During each meeting we provide opportunities for online contributions such as Skype or Zoom video conferencing which allow individuals who cannot physically attend to share their perspectives and feedback via these digital mediums. We also encourage those who cannot attend but still wish to provide input do so via email prior to each meeting so that their views can still be considered.
