What does VOH mean in UNCLASSIFIED

VOH stands for Voltage Out High and refers to the highest voltage a digital circuit can emit as an output from its logic state. The rate of increase in output voltage produced by an active device is usually measured at a certain amount of time, and that rate of increase becomes VOH.

Digital circuits are made up of logical gates (AND, OR, NOT), which interact with each other to produce an output. When a gate is activated, its output voltage increases to the level established by VOH until it reaches a logical high state. If the correct VOH level isn't given, the circuit may not be able to operate properly or achieve its desired logic levels.

The value of VOH is determined by the type and speed/performance parameters of a given digital circuit. For example, higher-speed circuits require higher levels of voltage in order to operate properly so they will have higher values of VOH than slower circuits.
