What Does VLW Mean?

VLW stands for Volunteer Leadership Weekend. It is a type of event that usually takes place on one weekend each year, although there are some exceptions to this pattern depending on the needs of an organization or cause. During this weekend, volunteers gather together in person or virtually to discuss important decisions, strategies and ideas related to volunteer activities and engagement. These events are usually designed to provide a space where volunteers can develop their knowledge and skills in various areas while also building relationships with their fellow volunteers.

What Happens During VLW?
