What does VLSA mean in UNCLASSIFIED

The Victorian Local Sustainability Accord (VLSA) is a collaboration between the Victorian Government and local governments in Victoria to collectively work towards achieving sustainability outcomes across the state. It aims to ensure that all local governments have access to information, support and guidance on how to reach their sustainability goals. The accord allows for a shared understanding of sustainable development, shared commitment to implement sustainability initiatives and collaboration on reporting progress.
