What does BEF mean in FOUNDATIONS

The Brunswick Education Foundation is an independent, not-for-profit organization that works to enhance educational quality and diversity in the Brunswick Public Schools. We fund grants to teachers and staff encouraging innovative and enriching projects and activities.

There are many ways you can support BEF's mission. You can make a donation, volunteer your time, or attend our events. You can also spread the word about our mission to your family, friends, and colleagues.

BEF provides both mini-grants (up to $1000) for smaller projects and larger impact grants ($1001 - $5000) for district-wide projects. We also offer special interest grants available as resources allow.

Your donations help BEF to fund innovative programs throughout the Brunswick school district which directly impact students' experiences in their classrooms.

BEF has provided grants that directly impact students in all areas of academics, arts & culture, health & wellness, social & emotional learning and technology/innovation. Our grant program covers both curricular and extra-curricular projects that engage students in meaningful learning experiences outside of traditional classroom instruction.
