Training for Women Network (TWN) is a global non-profit organization dedicated to training, developing and empowering women around the world to become financially empowered. We believe in providing equal access to resources and opportunities for all women regardless of their backgrounds or socio-economic statuses. Our mission is to create pathways to success for women entrepreneurs who are ready to challenge the status quo and grow their businesses.

Through our various training programs, we provide comprehensive business coaching and mentoring to women entrepreneurs that empowers them with the skills and tools needed to build successful, sustainable businesses. We also work with local partners in developing countries, providing vital support such as microloans, business plan advice and access to markets. In addition, our online platform provides educational resources such as podcasts, workshops, webinars and articles which equip female entrepreneurs with the knowledge they need to succeed.

Our initiatives have had significant impact on women's lives around the globe, helping them gain access to financial services, education and employment opportunities that may otherwise be inaccessible for them. For instance, our microloan program has enabled over 730 aspiring female entrepreneurs in 11 countries become financially independent by providing initial capital of up to $3,000 US dollars. As of 2020, this program has created 439 new jobs and yielded a 61% increase in household income for its recipients.

Apart from microloans we also provide tailored business coaching programmes specifically designed for early-stage female founders who need guidance growing their start-ups; mentor networks matching experienced professionals with budding entrepreneurs; legal aid packages aiding those facing gender-based discrimination at work; vocational courses offering alternative paths of professional development; digital literacy training equipping more people with 21st century skills; Disaster Relief funds helping communities affected by natural disasters through immediate relief measures; And Capacity Building projects focusing on social innovation initiatives that improve economic conditions locally.

Yes! To support educational advancement amongst underprivileged young girls was established the TWN Scholarship Programme which awards three full tuition scholarships per country each year along with an additional stipend payment per child enrolled in elementary school or pre-school also open to boys up until 6th Grade across Developing Countries.

The eligibility requirements include residing within an emerging country where TDW operates; being fluent within language where opportunity exists e.g English/ Spanish/ French etc.; having passed entrance exams required by each scholarship institution; showing strong academic potential evidenced through exam results/ grades; demonstrating financial neediness due living below th poverty line as well as commitment towards receiving secondary education.
