What does BEAC mean in CLUBS

BEAC stands for Boeing Employees Autosports Club. It is a professional auto racing group based in the Seattle area that offers an enjoyable and safe experience for amateur racers. We are dedicated to promoting motorsport safety, providing competitive and educational opportunities in all forms of motor racing, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and camaraderie for our members.

Anyone who works at Airbus or Boeing, as well as anyone associated with either company (family, friends, coworkers, etc.) can join BEAC. In addition to employee qualification requirements, applicants must follow the club's rules and regulations about vehicle safety inspection before joining.

All members are required to attend the Safety Seminar before participating in any race event or practice session at any sanctioned tracks. To ensure safety for everyone involved, all participants must fill out the Safety Waiver form prior to each race event or practice session they wish to participate in. Additionally, you must meet the track's qualifications which include having proof of valid injury insurance coverage from a licensed insurer prior to each event/practice session you attend.

The club holds events on various circuits throughout the year at locations around Washington state such as Pacific Raceways near Seattle and Spokane Raceway Park near Spokane. Members may also travel outside of Washington state to participate in races with other club members whenever possible and appropriate.

Yes! We have highly experienced coaches available who specialize in teaching various driving techniques such as braking, cornering, launching off the line, strategizing for different races and passing techniques that comply with racetrack regulations at all times during events/practice sessions. There are also advanced courses offered for those interested in further honing their skills on more difficult tracks throughout Washington State and abroad.

Yes! From time to time we offer special discounts on race entry fees as well as discounts on car parts purchased through our official vendors. Additionally, we have several sponsored hospitality packages available that include special seating arrangements at select events.

Yes! There is an annual membership fee of $50 USD which covers general costs associated with running the organization such as event permits/licensing fees from sanctioning bodies as well as liability insurance coverage among other expenses incurred while operating BEAC safely over its long history.

Any potential participant must be 18 years old or older in order to be eligible for membership or participate in any events run by BEAC. This age policy applies to both minors under parental consent (18-21) and adults over 21 years old wanting to take part.

In order fly under most sanctioning body insurance policies while maintaining general safety standards at sanctioned tracks only certain types of cars are allowed on the course depending on speed class category being competed in; this includes but is not limited to Go Karts, Stock Cars, Late Models, Mud Buggies, etc..
