The Black Diamond Hockey League (BDHL) is a top-tier amateur hockey organization founded in 2010 with members located throughout Canada and the United States. The BDHL offers both recreational and competitive leagues for youth through adult levels. We promote healthy competition delivered with respect for teammates and opponents on ice surfaces that are as flat or as slanted as black diamonds themselves. Through various tournaments, camps, clinics and other events we provide a platform for players to showcase their talents and learn from experienced coaches with backgrounds in high-level hockey such as NCAA Division I, Junior A, NA3EHL as well as AHL/NHL alumni. Furthermore by creating an alliance between junior/minor hockey associations where teams compete against each other throughout the year we create an opportunity for our athletes to have exposure to higher levels of play during regular season games then to further this experience during our very own League Championship Event which features divisions broken into tiers accordingly based on size or skill level.
