What does TCF mean in UNCLASSIFIED

TCF stands for “Tender Caring Fun”.

By adhering to the principles of TCF, individuals can learn how to positively communicate with others, show empathy, express appreciation and have fun together. This fosters trustworthy and supportive relationships which can go a long way in improving our lives.

Taking the time to listen actively and without judgment; engaging in meaningful conversations where both parties feel respected and at ease; offering kind words or gestures; giving compliments; spending quality time together; helping out in small ways when needed; and sharing experiences that are both enjoyable for all involved.
