What does SWTB mean in MUSIC

History of SWTB

The roots of the band can be traced back to 1992 when two college students from Florida, Eddie Tascona and Jeff Dennis, decided to start jamming together on a regular basis. Soon after, they recruited another student by the name of Carlos Arturo Martinez de la Cruz and decided to form a band called Separate Ways The Band (SWTB). Over time as they continued performing together, they captured the attention of audiences around them with their unique sound which was heavily influenced by classic rock bands like Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple and ZZ Top. Their first album titled "New Frontier" was released in 1997 and received critical acclaim from fans and critics alike. Since then they have released seven more albums earning them a loyal fan base both locally in their home state of Florida as well as across North America and Europe.

Music Style & Impact :The music style created by SWTB cannot be easily categorized into one particular genre but instead combines elements from multiple sounds such as funk-rock, blues-rock, Latin American rhythms including salsa, cumbia and merengue as well as traditional jazz fusion styles like acid jazz.
