What does SRD mean in YACHTING

SRD stands for Schulz Reverse Deadline, a system of project management developed by Dr. John Schulz in 1988.

The basic concept of the SRD system is that instead of setting fixed deadlines for tasks and activities, assignments are given with target completion dates and then tasks are completed as soon as possible in order to meet those targets.
