What does SISTER mean in UNCLASSIFIED

S.I.S.T.E.R stands for ‘Influencing Sisters through Encouragement and Respect' and is an initiative aimed towards creating a supportive environment for women across all communities, cultures, and ages to realize their potential and achieve success in whatever field they choose. It seeks to provide women with the necessary tools, resources, and support they need to reach their goals while providing respect and recognition of their individual differences, strengths, weaknesses and perspectives without judgement or prejudice. By focusing on positive reinforcement and mutual respect between members of our community, SISTER seeks to empower its members by promoting a sense of solidarity within our female circle.
