About The League

BAFL allows local players to experience high-level competition without having to travel far from home. It features both semi-professional and amateur leagues that provide a place for people of all different ages, genders, races and religions to come together and enjoy the sport we all love. The teams compete in an 8 game regular season schedule followed by two rounds of playoffs. Each team can have up to 18 active roster spots on gameday and up to 53 players overall on their squads. In addition, each team is allowed 4 out-of-state rosters spots which are available via trade or free agency during the season.

Competition

Not only does BAFL offer traditional American football fun but it also offers incredibly competitive matchups. Teams compete against one another for conference championships as well as national titles at the end of each season. This creates an incredibly exciting atmosphere in which teams work hard to not just beat out their opponents but also build camaraderie with them while they do it. Players form lifelong friendships as they battle it out on Friday nights during the regular season and even have an opportunity to make history when it comes time for playoff games or championship match ups!
