Yes, we provide three healthy meals each day prepared according to our nutritional guidelines (which we provide upon registration). Snacks are also available between meal times if needed. All meals are served at our central kitchen facility.

No special equipment is required but we suggest you bring your own hand wraps, shin pads, shin guards, mouth guard and groin protector if you have them (we do provide these items at no additional cost). Other optional items include boxing gloves/mitts, weight lifting gloves etc., however these are not essential.
