What does SADD mean in EDUCATIONAL

SADD stands for “Students Against Destructive Decisions” which is a non-profit organization that provides education and support to teens on how to make safe and healthy decisions.

SADD works to reduce teen substance abuse, violence, and other destructive behaviors by empowering students with knowledge on how their actions can affects their lives. Additionally, SADD helps teens make healthy lifestyle choices in terms of physical health, mental health, bullying, cyber safety, sexual activity, etc.

SADD focuses on providing teens with resources that can help them develop skills for making positive life decisions. These resources include information about the consequences associated with bad decisions, resources for getting help if needed, along with activities that can help teens practice better decision-making skills.

Students between 12-18 years old are eligible to participate in or contribute to the organization at local schools or youth organizations across the country. Adults over 18 years old can also contribute through donations or volunteerism.

SADD offers a variety of activities such as online campaigns on social media platforms which raises awareness about risks associated with certain behaviors; writing articles about issues related destructive behavior; organizing events for youth such as seminars and trainings related to health topics; and much more!
