Regional Member Countries (RMCs) are countries which have joined the Regional Cooperation Agreement on Combating Piracy and Armed Robbery at Sea in the Western Indian Ocean Region. These countries cooperate in addressing maritime security issues and providing assistance to each other in responding to incidents of piracy and armed robbery at sea. The RMCs are Comoros, Djibouti, France, Kenya, Madagascar, Mauritius, Somalia, Seychelles, the United Republic of Tanzania and Yemen.
