What does RIM mean in RESEARCH

Research in Ministry (RIM) is a field of study used to evaluate and assess the effectiveness of various aspects of religious ministries. The goal of RIM is to maximize the impact and effectiveness of religious organizations, helping them reach more people and achieve their mission objectives.
