What does RHSC mean in HEALTHCARE

RHSC stands for the Reproductive Health Supplies Coalition, which is an international partnership of public, private, and non-governmental organizations working together to increase access to essential supplies for women's and children's health.

RHSC works to ensure that everyone has access to quality contraceptive supplies and other reproductive health commodities. It also advocates for increased availability of these supplies through better policies and practices in order to improve overall women's and children's health.

RHSC works across different sectors such as governments, funders, suppliers, civil society, UN agencies, and donors towards increasing access to high-quality contraceptives and other reproductive health commodities. They also strive to improve supply chain systems with innovative approaches such as forecasting tools and evidence-based decision making.

RHSC is supported by a range of partners including development banks, global foundations such as the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, WHO/UNICEF Supply Division, GAVI Alliance Secretariat, UNAIDS Secretariat and many others. In addition, it is supported by more than 400 partner organizations around the world from both the North and South who work together on creating equitable access for all populations worldwide.
