Absolutely. You can easily return any item that doesn’t fit for free within one year of purchase—whether it was bought in-store or online. All you need to do is fill out the return form provided with your original purchase receipt, package up your items and drop them off at one of our local stores or mail them using the prepaid label included with your order.

Yes! If you find an identical item brand new for a lower price elsewhere within 60 days following your purchase from us (including shipping costs) we will happily match the price difference plus 10%. All you have to do is submit a request by emailing us here .

Absolutely! Any new product purchased from REI comes with our 1-year satisfaction guarantee for defects in workmanship or materials*, or else we’ll repair/replace it free of charge in accordance with our warranties page . Items purchased used are not eligible for warranty protection from us; however they may be covered by their respective manufacturers’ warranties.

At this time, we are only able to accept orders within the United States but hope to one day expand into global markets. However, customers located outside the US can take advantage of our international payment solution powered by Borderfree which allows customers to shop securely in their local currency from select countries around the world.
