PRINCIPAL stands for Principled, Resourceful, Intelligent, Noble, Considerate, Innovative, Persistent and Able.

These qualities help give a leader the skills necessary to lead effectively by being principled and having strong moral values; being resourceful and finding creative solutions to problems; having intelligence and knowledge; being noble in their decisions; being considerate of others' opinions; taking risks through innovation; being persistent to achieve goals; and finally, having the ability to communicate clear expectations.
