What does ATO mean in POLICE

An ATO's primary responsibility is to provide training and guidance to employees in a designated area. This includes working with teams and individuals to assess skill gaps, create training plans, deliver training sessions, and evaluate results. The ATO also ensures that company policies and procedures are followed.

The ATO normally reports directly to either the Human Resources Department or a senior manager in the organisation.
