What does PIR mean in MILITARY

A Post-Implementation Review (PIR) is an important process that follows major changes in a business or organization. It assesses how successful the implementation was and identifies areas for improvement.

PIRs are typically conducted at the end of a project or change initiative to determine if objectives were met, identify any risks and issues that need to be monitored, and identify opportunities for improvement.
