What does PGE mean in UNCLASSIFIED

PGE stands for Promotion of Gender Equality. It is a goal that seeks to ensure equal access to resources, opportunities and decision making regardless of gender.

There are several ways to promote gender equality throughout society. These include advocating for laws that support gender equity, advocating for policy and legislative changes that help eliminate discrimination based on gender identity or expression, creating educational initiatives such as forums or campaigns to raise awareness about the importance of promoting equal rights for all genders within society and encouraging businesses to implement strategies that address any pay gaps between men and women within their organization.

Gender equality promotes fairer societies with greater opportunities for everyone regardless of their sex or gender identity. There are many ways to get involved in promotion of Gender Equality initiatives such as volunteering at local organizations supporting women's issues; donating money or resources towards research projects; creating campaigns or petitions online; writing letters in support for policies focused on eliminating inequalities; attending events focused on discussing issues related to Gender Equality; becoming part of a mentoring program which supports women's career advancement etc.
