What does PDM mean in NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS

Post Distribution Monitoring (PDM) is an evaluation technique used to measure the impact of a project or intervention on recipients. It entails collecting data regularly from the same households and communities after they have received goods or services during a project implementation.

Generally, it is recommended that at least two survey rounds be completed - one shortly after completion of program activities and another several months later - but more can be done depending on resources.
