ORV is a research center devoted to the development and testing of innovative technologies and procedures for orthopaedic surgery. Our mission is to advance the understanding of musculoskeletal disease and injury by conducting clinical studies, designing treatment protocols, and exploring new treatments. Each patient will be evaluated individually based on their medical history, current condition, and other factors that may impact eligibility to participate in a clinical trial or study. Certain studies have specific criteria that needs to be met in order to participate. All risks associated with participating in a study or trial conducted by ORV will be outlined ahead of time so that you may make an informed decision about whether or not this is right for you. As with any medical procedure, there may be some risk involved but we take great care to minimize potential issues as much as possible.

There are no out-of-pocket costs associated with participating in ORV’s studies and trials. In some cases subjects may receive compensation for their time should they choose to participate in certain studies/trials at ORV’s discretion.
