What does OMD mean in MEDICAL

Becoming an OMD requires extensive training in several areas including anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, nutrition, herbal medicine, and physical diagnosis. In addition to these areas of study, OMDs must also undergo a minimum of three years full-time clinical practice at an accredited institution. This includes completion of five hundred supervised patient treatments as well as two hundred hours of supervised clinical practice.
