What does OCLM mean in LEADERSHIP

The Open Classroom Leadership Magnet (OCLM) is an innovative education program that offers select students at high-performing schools the opportunity to explore their potential in leadership roles. The program features individualized instruction and focuses on developing an understanding of the principles of effective leadership.
