It was founded with the intention of giving amateur musicians an opportunity to learn, perform, and improve their skills while also reaching out to the greater Oshkosh community through music. This is evident in their many performances around the city throughout the year, such as at festivals, parades, concerts in the park, and holiday celebrations.
