What does NT mean in LAW & LEGAL

NT stands for Not Trustworthy. It denotes that a person or an organization cannot be trusted with providing accurate information.

People who are not trustworthy commonly exhibit behaviors such as dishonesty, deceitfulness, manipulating others, withholding information, breaking promises, and taking advantage of others.

In order to identify not trustworthy behavior, assess any changes in behavior toward you or others, such as sudden outbursts of anger or defensiveness during conversations. Look for signs of lying such as constantly changing stories or averting eye contact when talking about certain topics. Additionally, look for subtle signs of manipulation like influencing people's thoughts by using language techniques or using peer pressure tactics to get what they want from someone else.

To protect yourself from someone who is not trustworthy it is important to set boundaries and establish trust early on in the relationship by being clear about expectations and consequences for breaking them. If in doubt, document any conversation you have with the person and keep records of agreements made in writing rather than verbally only. Additionally stay away from vulnerable situations that could give them access to confidential information such as passwords/credit card numbers etc.

If you know someone who is behaving in a way that makes you feel uneasy it's important to address the situation calmly and directly with the person concerned first and foremost before taking any further measure like going to the law enforcement authorities etc. Explain your concerns clearly while listening carefully to their explanations and ensure they understand your point before leaving it up to them whether they choose to accept your advice or find another solution themselves if necessary.
