MSTD aims to equip graduates with comprehensive skills in managing organizational learning objectives, employee development, instructional design, performance management systems, adult learning theory, coaching/mentoring techniques, pedagogy, curriculum design & evaluation, change management, leadership development and working with diversity. This program focuses on providing an understanding of how to effectively design and deliver successful training programs for various stakeholders including employees, clients or any other target group. The curriculum includes topics such as effective communications practices for training delivery; principles of adult education; selecting appropriate technologies for instruction; systemic problem-solving approaches; the role of psychology in developing effective learning environments; program evaluation techniques; and contemporary research methods.
