What does APSEC mean in STUDENTS

The Assistance Program for Students With Exceptional Circumstances (APSEC) is a financial aid program designed to provide support to students in the form of tuition assistance, educational resources, and other services. The goal of APSEC is to provide financial assistance and promote educational opportunities for those facing exceptional circumstances.

Qualifying circumstances may include single parents, low-income families, foster care, homelessness, unaccompanied youth in the foster care system, or other unusual family or personal situations.
