The mission of LTFC is to provide educational resources and support for students, teachers, administrators and parents in order to foster an environment where learning technology can thrive and be used effectively. In order to meet our objectives, LTFC provides funding for projects related to technology education as well as hosting various annual events such as lectures series on topics related to technology usage in education; the offering of grants focus on research projects related both actively researched topics such as data analytics but also more specific topics within Educational Technologies; organizing competitions such us hackathons which encourages students enterprising ideas for innovative use cases of existing technologies; working on advocating policy initiatives with legislators at state level focused on providing access for minorities who may lack resources due challenging financial circumstances.
