What does KOF mean in UNCLASSIFIED

A KOF is an individual or group that has the power to sway public opinion because of their level of knowledge and expertise within the field they are representing. It could be someone with a large following, such as a celebrity or politician, or it could be someone with expert knowledge in the field they are representing.

KOFs influence public opinion by using their knowledge and experience in the area they represent. This could be through sharing their own views through interviews and writing articles, giving speeches and presentations, creating social media posts and videos that discuss certain topics related to their expertise, and more. They can also use their large following to spread information about a certain subject or issue at hand.
