Kansas City Ultimate (KCU) is a non- profit ultimate frisbee organization located in the Greater Kansas City Area. We provide organized league play, tournaments and various other opportunities for players to participate and experience this wonderful sport.

Yes! KCU is a proud affiliate of USA Ultimate - the national governing body for the sport of ultimate in the United States.

Absolutely! KCU strives to create an inclusive atmosphere that celebrates diversity in all forms, including gender. All genders are encouraged to join our leagues, tournaments and other activities.

Yes! We have age restrictions based on safety considerations, but we welcome youth players from ages 10 and up who meet those standards.

Yes! We offer several special programs designed specifically for people just starting out with ultimate frisbee. Our Pick Up program is open to anyone wishing to drop-in without commitment needed while our various Learn To Play clinics teach the basics of the sport so first time players can hit the ground running in no time!

In order to make sure that everyone can participate regardless of their financial resources, we proudly offer financial assistance through our Friends & Family program which supports individuals who would like to take part but may be unable due to finances. Please contact us for more information on how you may qualify or donate today if you would like support someone’s participation!

At all times during events organized by Kansas City Ultimate, we expect participants to follow both our Code of Conduct as well as USA Ultimate's official Rules of Play. Both documents are available on our website for reference and review before participating with us.

Registration dates vary depending on the particular season or event, so make sure and check out our website or social media pages regularly so ensure you don’t miss any important updates such as start dates or deadlines! Generally speaking though registration opens one month prior provided spots are still available after current members have renewed their membership ahead of time.

If your membership isn’t renewed prior to registrations opening then new members will be accepted into any given season/event until all spots are filled; however priority will always be given firstly towards those who previously held memberships most recently & secondly towards those who sign up early so it's best practice not wait too long when it comes time renewing your existing membership if you intend on playing with us again soon afterwards too!
