What does AON mean in NETWORKING

An Activity On Node (AON) Diagram is a type of diagram used to represent project activities. It is a visual representation of the tasks or activities that need to be done in order to complete the project and shows all the activities and their respective relationships to each other, such as which activity needs to happen before another can occur and any overlap between activities.

An AON Diagram provides information on the sequence, duration, and cost for each activity.

AON diagrams are often used during planning stages of larger projects in order to identify possible obstacles, prioritize tasks, and forecast costs and resources needed for completion.
