Not necessarily – due to our vast experience coupled with modern technologies such as CAD/CAM software we are able to take on pretty much any project no matter how challenging it may seem. If however you do require something out of our scope then this could be arranged by special request.

That depends – for simple orders such as standard parts or basic repairs customers can easily fill out a form online without needing extra guidance but for more complex projects requiring custom designed tools or intricate machining techniques then it would be advisable to contact us first so that one of our engineers can guide you through the process step by step making sure everything is understood correctly before commencing production.

Again this depends heavily on the project involved – for standard orders shipped within North America it usually takes around 2 weeks whereas complex jobs involving overseas shipments could take upwards of 4 weeks depending on current transit times. However once an order has been placed one of our team will be assigned who will update you regularly regarding progress status so that deadlines are met if necessary.
