What does IJN mean in NURSING

Iran Journal of Nursing (IJN) is a double-blind peer-reviewed scientific journal that focuses on the advancement of medical care and nursing research. IJN publishes original articles, reviews, editorials, brief communications and much more related to nursing science.

Any individual researching or practicing in the field of nursing science, healthcare or related disciplines is eligible to submit their work for consideration for publication in IJN.

IJN accepts case reports which have significant educational value as well as clinical relevance; they must also include descriptions which are concise and accurate with regard to methods employed during treatment along with clear conclusions drawn from findings. Cases must also be accompanied with an informed consent form signed by the patient containing all necessary ethical principles met before submitting a case report request.

Yes - manuscripts should generally not exceed 25 pages for original articles; 8 pages for review papers; 5 pages for editorials; 4 pagesfor short communications; 2 pages for book reviews written in English (including references). However, any exceptions must be cleared prior submission with editors at IJN.
