What does HSM mean in STUDENTS

Hearst Student Media is a student-run multimedia company located at the University of California, Berkeley. It offers journalism and digital media training to undergraduate students from all disciplines who have the opportunity to create visual stories that have an impact on their local and global communities.

HSM provides training in Journalism and Digital Media in order to help its members create a variety of visual stories that can cover news topics, sports updates, campus events, cultural issues, as well as narrative feature pieces.
