What does AAMB mean in UNIVERSITIES

The All American Marching Band (AAMB) is an award-winning and internationally acclaimed youth marching band that provides educational music programs to students from grades 5-12. AAMB strives to enhance the musical education of its members by providing an immersive experience in program development, performance, leadership, and teamwork skills.

AAMB provides a variety of performances for various venues including parades, festivals, games, and other special events of all sizes. The group performs popular songs in a unique style incorporating exciting choreography to ensure every performance is entertaining and impactful.

Yes! The All American marching band is open to students from grade 5 - 12 who demonstrate commitment and enthusiasm for music performance.

AAMB generally puts on performances 1-2 times per month during the school year depending on demand. During peak season such as fall parades and football games, performing opportunities can increase up to twice a week.

During performances we use standard music equipment such as brass instruments, percussion or drums, flags/woodwinds, tubas/euphoniums/trombones, saxophones/clarinets/flutes, plus other pieces like electric guitars or keytar’s if requested by the client. In addition our performers are typically required to wear their own uniform based on each specific event’s requirements.

While having some knowledge of playing musical instruments or basic marching fundamentals is preferred; it's not essential as we have trained instructors who will help you get familiar with what's required. Being committed to learning music theory and working together as a team is however what will give you success in this group.

To join AAMB you must first sign up for one of our classes either online or by contacting us directly via email or telephone (contact information is available online). After signing up you'll be provided with detailed information about rehearsals dates/times and requirements; after which point you may then participate in rehearsals with our instructors to start your journey in becoming part of this amazing experience!

Yes – tuition fees are necessary in order to cover equipment costs & general upkeep costs associated with maintaining this level of excellence within our program. There may also be additional costs depending on any extra events that members may choose to attend throughout each year.

Yes! For those financially unable to pay full tuition fees we offer several scholarship options which could reduce payments substantially if approved (For more details please contact our team). At AAMB we strive hard so no one misses out on a chance at experiencing what we have to offer.
