What does HACE mean in ALLIANCES

The Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement (HACE) is a non-profit organization focused on creating pathways to career advancement and economic self-sufficiency through professional training and development, educational resources, job placements, and advocacy. HACE works with corporate partners to create meaningful opportunities for Latinx professionals in targeted industries across the United States.

HACE provides access to critical professional development opportunities such as mentoring, leadership and management trainings, digital literacy programs, diversity and inclusion initiatives, interview preparation and networking events that are designed to equip Latinx professionals with the skills necessary to excel in today's competitive business landscape. In addition, HACE facilitates job placement through its ongoing partnerships with major corporations committed to increasing Latinx representation in their work force.
