What does GSP mean in HEALTHCARE

Good Storage Practices (GSP) is a set of rules and regulations designed to ensure the safe and efficient handling, storing and transporting of goods.

GSP helps create an environment where goods can be safely and effectively stored and transported without the risk of damage or contamination. It also helps prevent potential accidents or hazardous conditions created by incorrect storage methods.

Not following GSP could result in improper storage temperatures that may cause food spoilage; incorrect labeling leading to wrong categorization; stack height limits being exceeded creating a potential hazard; product deterioration due to lack of environmental control; inadequate ventilation leading to buildup of heat; safety hazards related to hazardous materials etc.
